Registration will be open only to Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Porsche, and Volkswagen vehicles. The judging competition will be limited solely to VW’s and Audi’s registered under Show Registration.
Show cars may roll into the venue at 11am in order to prepare themselves for show opening at Noon. (2016 Show)
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on registrations or tickets. This is a rain or shine event and we have a responsibility to our venue, sponsors, and vendors.
Nope. Parking is free on the grass parking lot adjacent to our venue.
The Fairgrounds has a brick and mortar bathroom facility complete with separate men’s and women’s stalls, along with soap and running water.
Yes. Each spectator and registered driver will receive a wrist band; which will allow for re-entry. This will allow dog owners and spectators to return into the venue should they need to step out.
Yes. As long as your dog is leashed and can play well with others, they can hang out. Please keep in mind the venue is blacktop (which may be hot on their paws during the time our show is being held), with grass along the outskirts.
Yes. You may set up a tent no larger than 10x10ft near your registered vehicle. Fire code for the Fairgrounds requires the tent be weighted/secured in some fashion, to prevent it from blowing away or over and injuring someone or any property.
No. Drones are not allowed, as this is against the Fairground’s rules. However, licensed drone operators may contact WCDF seeking permission to film. Drone operators are required be licensed and carry specific insurance.
No. The fairgrounds does not allow outside food or drink (especially alcohol) to be brought onto the grounds. We would also prefer you support our food and drink vendors, as they are what help make the show possible. The Fairgrounds are patrolled by local law enforcement.
